Practicing the Way by John Mark Comer

Have you ever wondered what a follower of Jesus would look like, say, and do in today’s world? Have you ever wondered what that could look like for you in real life? This book practically explores being an apprentice of Jesus, learning from Jesus, and living as He might live if He was you.

Mere Christianity by C. S. Lewis

You may know C. S. Lewis from his famous Chronicles of Narnia series, and Lewis brings that same creative thinking to his exploration of Christian theology and our relationship with God.

Knowing God by J. I. Packer

What does is mean to know God? Not know about God, but to actually know God. J. I. Packer is a man that knew God deeply and he slowly but helpfully guides his readers to do the same in this work.

Where to find the books:
You can find our suggested reads at any Christian or mainstream book seller (Amazon, Barnes and Noble, Christians Books, etc.). You can also check with your favorite local bookstore! All of these books are also available in at least one format at the Lincoln Public Libraries.
